Our group of six will do what has to be done. Not for the kudos or piece of paper, but just because we love everything about project management.

is having a hard time
I wish i knew this genre of games better and i want to try as much as I can to be a group member and contribute... I know that all I need to do is write a simple help screen which also tells you how to play the game itself, but it would help to have the things, other than what the classes of the races are all about written down in dot points so i can finally get it all written down in a nice paragraph..

Update 12 March 2012
We have started preparing the PowerPoint for the presentation. Sarah and Stuart are working on the main graphics. Everyone else has to make their own slides using those backgrounds.
Aaron 1 has nearly finished the coding for the website.
Jay and Igor are finalising the in game videos.
Aaron 3 is working on the Game Lore/How to play text.
We have also just had a progress meeting with Phil and Travis. We went though the assessment sheet and checked our progress.
We are about a week behind.
Everyone has to work out what they are going to talk about in the presentation and start working on their PowerPoint slides.
We also have to divvi up the group documents, time line etc, to whoever is going to talk about them.

Project and Actual Time lines - Aaron typed up the projected. Sarah is laying out the actual
Product Backlog - which is the list of requirements.
Task List - the info is on the blog
Product Standards and Established Systems - team roles and responsibilities, documentation standards, file naming conventions
Minutes of Meetings - on blog
Project Retrospective Report - what went well and what could have been better.

Website Artwork
I have started creating the graphics for the website. Sarah is doing the layout. We are using a still from the game, trees and mountains, for a page background. The menu will have a stone wall background with the wooden signs for buttons
All graphics are based on ones from the actual game. So that you will be able to go pretty seamlessly from the website into the game.
We are also going to look at having some kind of looped animated goblin graphic. Maybe that walks when on mouse-over or something.
